This edition of Downbeat.fm marks the close of the third year and volume of this newsletter and playlist. What started out as a way to try and share music turned into an escape and something to keep me occupied during quarentines and lockdowns of 2020 and continuted to evolove

I was all set to write this month’s newsletter about the end of the line of iPods, and what those devices meant for me but after the brutal murder of innocent children at their school in Uvalde, Texas I can’t write about anything other than that. I was
